Globalization and Securities Market Development Trends in Georgia
Abstract
In the scientific article, a great attention is paid to the development of financial markets development of the world tendencies and their basic problems, studying securities market mechanism and analyzing, forming effectively functioning of basic directions of securities market. The article concentrates on yield curve, definition of its economical meaning, as well as the defining factors of its form, using yield curve to value its interest rates. In addition, the article shows concrete recommendations for securities market working, regulations and further development.
